Excellent Brake Power
With the friction coefficient of 0.36 - 0.40u, HI-TEC products provide excellent brake power. Typically, the brake performance level fluctuates with changes in the driving speed and temperature. But, HI-TEC brakes are designed to reliably and safely exert the powerful brake force under a variety of driving conditions.
- Low Noise
HI-TEC brakes make low noises (below 70db) allowing comfortable driving. Brake noises not only can bother the driver but also can increase the tiredness level of driver. With the brake noises minimized, the driver can enjoy the driving more.
- Low Wheel Dust
HI-TEC brakes are designed with less metallic materials, which are the main culprits for wheel dust. with Aramid fiber as main elements in the brake pads/linings, a less amount of wheel dust in generated, and the auto wheels remain cleaner.
- Low Disk Rotor Damage (Wear/Tear)
Disk rotor damage by brake pads can annoy the driver and can result in poor brake performance. HI-TEC brakes are designed to minimize the rotor damage.
- Stable/Reliable at High Temperature
Even when repeatedly braking at high temperatures. Hi-tec brake products exhibit low to little fade characteristics, making the driving safer.
* Fade : referring to a phenomenon in which the brake power is reduced due to a lower coefficient of friction arising from the hot brake pads.
- Environment Friendly
Harmful metal materials, like Pb(lead), Cd(cadmium), Hg(mercury), Cr(chrome), are not used in the HI-TEC brake pads. Asbestos and fiberglass materials known to cause lung cancer are also not used in the Hi-tec brake pads, Which are designed to be environment and health friendly.
